• Your contract is with the Travel Provider. When you select a flight on our platform, you will be redirected to the Travel Provider’s website to complete your booking. Any contract for travel is strictly between you and that specific Provider.

3. Using Our Services

You may only use GetFlightsFare for personal, non-commercial travel planning. By using our site, you agree that you will not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, pricing, or content from our platform.
• Use our Services for any fraudulent, speculative, or false bookings.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our security features or search algorithms.
• Use our platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Pricing Accuracy and Availability

Our search engine rapidly polls Travel Providers to find you the best fares. However, because airline pricing is incredibly dynamic and changes by the second, we cannot guarantee that the price displayed on GetFlightsFare will be available when you are redirected to the Travel Provider’s checkout page.

Prices shown typically include base fares and estimated taxes. Additional fees for baggage, seat selection, and payment methods may be applied directly by the Travel Provider.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GetFlightsFare, including our proprietary search algorithms, code, design, graphics, logos, and UI/UX, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
